Brand Experience

One brand, across every touchpoint.

Creative direction and interfaces that help your brand speak in one voice. We shape how it looks, reads, and behaves, from the first screen to the smaller moments around it.

Before we startA clear proposal

What you get

What this work includes.

The pieces that come with brand experience.

  • Creative direction

A point of view for the experience: what it should feel like, and what it should never feel like.

  • A visual system

Type, color, and the components that let new pages look like they belong together.

  • Voice and tone

How the brand speaks, so the words and the interface are making the same invitation.

  • Interfaces for real journeys

Key screens designed around what people actually came to do, not a gallery of layouts.

  • Detail, where it helps

Motion, imagery, and small interactions used when they make the experience clearer.

  • Guidelines your team can apply

Enough of a system that the next page, post, or campaign can stay in the same family.

A good fit

This is a good fit when…

  • The brand exists in pieces and does not feel like one thing.
  • A new program or organization needs a presence people recognize.
  • The website, social channels, and materials each look like a different studio made them.
  • You want the experience designed before, or alongside, the build.
How it works

From first conversation to something you can use.

Here is how we work together on brand experience.

  1. 01

    Listen

What the brand already means to people, what it needs to become, and where it shows up.

  2. 02

    Direction

A creative point of view, tested against real content rather than an empty moodboard.

  3. 03

    Design in stages

Key screens and the system around them, shared as they take shape so decisions stay visible.

  4. 04

    Guidelines and handoff

A system your team can keep using, and a clean handoff into development if we are building too.

Scope

Clear before the work begins.

Brand experience is scoped around the touchpoints that matter now. A website and a small system is a different project from a full identity across print, social, and product. The proposal draws that line.

A typical engagement covers

  • Creative direction for the digital experience
  • Type, color, and core interface components
  • Design of the key pages or screens
  • Guidance for voice and imagery
  • A short system your team can apply
  • Files ready for development

What changes the shape

  • How many touchpoints the system has to cover
  • A new identity, or an existing one to extend
  • Number of templates and page types
  • Illustration, photography, or motion
  • More than one language

Every engagement gets a written proposal before work starts. Tell us what you need and we will send one.

Questions

The things people usually ask.

Is this a full rebrand?
It can be, and it does not have to be. Sometimes the work is a digital expression of a brand you already have. We will say which one the project needs.
Do you design and build?
Yes. Design can stand alone, or continue straight into web development with the same team, so nothing is lost in a handoff.
Will our team be able to use it?
That is part of the work. Guidelines and components are only useful if the people publishing next month can follow them.
What do you need from us?
Access to the people who know the audience, and any existing brand material. If the words are not ready, we can shape them alongside the design.

Ready to bring your idea to life?

Tell us what you are building. We would love to hear about the people you want to reach and the impact you hope to make.
